Delivery and Cancellation
Worldwide delivery is available via Royal Mail. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided us with the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for non-receipt of orders which has occurred due to an error with your delivery address.
An order can be cancelled / amended within one hour of placing the order. Please contact littlestickerstore@gmail.com in the first instance.
We reserve the right to use the delivery company of our choosing, currently Royal Mail, but we will not be held responsible for any consequences of a delay in your order being delivered, for example, during strike action. We do not guarantee that a delivery will be with you on or by an agreed date, unless you have opted for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Therefore, for orders placed using Standard Delivery, no refunds or compensation can be given in accordance with this.

If your order has not been delivered within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will arrange for a new order to be dispatched.

Refunds
If any items within your order are found to be damaged or missing upon receipt, this must be reported within 14 days of receipt, to littlestickerstore@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund. The Little Sticker Store will cover the cost of all reasonable shipping fees for customer returns of damaged or faulty goods. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory guarantee rights as a consumer.
In the event that you change your mind and no longer require your order, you can return it to us for a refund. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees for customer returns under these circumstances. You have 28 days after receipt of your order to return your item(s). Refunds cannot be offered for items that are incomplete, damaged, or returned after this period. Please note that personalised items are excluded and cannot be returned.
We do not accept liability for a refund in the event that we fail to receive any returned items.
